Yes! Many of the lots at Greenwood Ranches have electricity available to the property line. For those looking to escape the grid and become more self-reliant, we have a great selection of off-grid properties perfect for solar or wind solutions.

All owners have the right to drill a well. There are many wells in the region, however, they do vary significantly in depth. The drillers will not guarantee what depth you will hit water at. When drilling a well you get lucky or unlucky, either way you pay by the foot. Most people (including myself) take advantage of the community well and will haul it themselves or have delivery. This is extremely economical and makes mores sense, especially if you are not living out here full time. This is very common throughout the rural Southwest.

Absolutely! Septic systems are allowed and encouraged. The dirt out at Greenwood Ranches "perks" extremely well making it ideal for a simple county approved septic system. If you are planning on spending time on your land, don't be a savage... get rid of the shovel and invest in a septic system. Call Eric for more details and to find out who can install one for you!

Do to the moderate climate, native flora, and proximity to thousands of acres of State Trust Land, the wildlife at Greenwood Ranches is abundant and healthy. Aside from the local rancher's curious cattle, it is quite common to see deer, antelope, elk, javelina, road runners, hawks, rabbits, and even the occasional jackalope.

We do offer in-house financing, call or email for details. We typically require a minimum of 25% down, based on approval.

All transactions go through 3rd party escrow. We use Pioneer Title Agency out of Kingman, AZ. Pioneer will let you know we own this land, we're selling this land, the taxes are paid, has a clean insurable title, is good marketable land... basically everything anyone would want to know before purchasing a piece of land.
