Let me introduce myself… my name is Eric Pozniak aka “POZ” and I’m a licensed Real Estate Agent (AZ#SA680630000) exclusively representing the properties presented by Western Land & Ranches. I sell dreams.

Despite growing up in the city of Detroit, in a place and time far removed from the days of the settlers, the dream of “going West” started at an early age for me. My memories of watching reruns of the Lone Ranger and Tonto, Spaghetti Westerns by my Dad’s side, and the portrait of John Wayne on the wall in the house gave me an admiration for the sense of adventure only the

West could offer. Spending many years as a city dweller in the concrete jungles of Detroit, Columbus, and New York, I could no longer ignore the call of the West. Arriving out here over 10 years ago, I was immediately attracted to the vast open spaces of land, fresh crisp mountain air, picturesque Arizona sunsets, and the raw, righteous way of life.

I started this website to share my dream and my passion for a better, simpler, and more meaningful life. Tired of the “rat race”, politics, pandemics, and societal decay I decided it was time to begin this journey before it is too late. Over the past few years, I have purchased a

few pieces of land with the hopes of creating an off-grid sanctuary for all to enjoy. My favorite property, and current focus, is in Greenwood Ranches near Hackberry, AZ. I invite you to come along for the ride as I start from the ground up developing this beautiful piece of land into my off-grid paradise.
